place. The early fords shared the Rambler dogdish cap size as did
Studebaker, I have a set of 15X4" stude wheels! You can get these
wheels, around $60-80 a piece depending on retailer. I guess it
depends on how much you like the look wether you wish to spend
this much. The other choice is to locate a wheel shop and have a
set widened! Again, not a Junkyard find. I found no sources when I
was looking. That's why my American now wears Early Chevy Rally
style wheels in multi bolt pattern with Chevy no name police caps.
I'm going to order some Vinyl letter R's in Red script style and
apply them and call it done!

Thanks for the tips! I've owned a reasonable amount of nice wheels on carious cars. My Rambler wears American Racing Torque-Thrust D's. THey look great, are great quality.

But for some reason I've really grown attached to the utter
simplicity and cleanliness (visually, and brake dust!) of steel
wheels. I'll probably call Vintiques and get smoothies. I'll ask
'em about the hubcap issue.

Once I knock down the more critical projects I want to get wheels

done!
