We all get bit by the return shipping deal. I just got bit on my motherboard. Sure they replaced the dead one and it is on its way, but at a loss of two weeks time and $18 in return shipping, plus all the time I spent installing the first one only to have it not work, take it out, box it up, get an RMA number and have my wife ship it off. We all get bit once and a while! I've got my fingers crossed the new one actually will work! Do as Frank suggests, Joe and then write it off as a bad deal and move on. They'll pay to return it to you, but that's all. I'd send the seller and Square Trade a copy of the invoice and e-mail stating he'd cover half the repair cost. That might help clear that up. Now did he mean half labor to install and springs or just half cost of new springs? I think you're just upsetting yourself over this Joe. You got bit, I know, but I don't think you're ever going to get any satisfaction out of it. >
