Armand, if your looking for a plastic rubberized paint to stop rust get some Chassis Saver, made by Magnet Paint & Shellac Co., Ph. 1-800-922-9981. Its a gloss black in color once applied, read the directions and were gloves, once its on something including your hands even acetone wont take it off. I used it on the under site of my sons 74 Javelin, including the engine compartment and all the suspension parts. We sand blaster the parts and replaced the Suspension rubber with prothane parts, looks great. The two part epoxy primer I put on before the red caliper paint is much tougher than the plasticote crap. I still haven't tried the plastidip rubberized stuff. What else have you guys used to paint brake components? Armand End of digest for 4 Jun 2005, hour 20:00
