Correct Tom -- a model 4x. I think all the model 3x trannys had air cooled torque converters. there was a 35 and a 37. I think the main difference is the 37 has taps so that an external cooler could be added, but the 35 does not. 

Since wagons are by nature hauling beasts you'd think the fluid cooled one would have been standard! I bet more wagons got the HD trans option than sedans though.
