A car towed this way tends to fish-tail more ( I towed a Gremlin to a friend's house this way, 20 miles, and anything over 45 mph tended to get an unnerving oscillation going...I'd have to slam the brakes briefly to get it to stop for awhile ). If you have an anti-sway setup on the dolly, may not happen. But any play in the towed wheels on the ground, and the dolly and car will start to sway some, and then keep going. I think it had to do with the coil springs being more susceptible to bouncing than stiffer leaf springs, so the car would rock from side to side more, then get oscillations going. Anyway.... This could be an easier way, if you don't mind driving slower with it, or can get an anti-sway setup for the dolly. Good luck!
