Locked out of your Humpster

When I worked at Fairview Hospital (MR-DD facility)
there was a guy who could get into any car. He would
place both hands on the side window and vibrate them
in such a way that he could walk the window down
without causing any damage. I lost spare change from
my Gremlin that way. Campus security said he is well
known and could get into any car. This was a guy who
didn't know the time of day, but he could sure get
