Hey headmaster of this chat site. Can you please change my e-mail address from jvilleneuve@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to buttercup8@xxxxxxxxx thank you very much -----Original Message----- From: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, May 16, 2005 1:57 PM To: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: power steering trivia Tom, On mine I used a 95 Grand Cherokee hose to mate the 4.0L to the 73 box. On the box end I cut the grand Cherokee hose off flush against the rib the O-ring sets on and then removed the O-ring nut and installed a regular P/S flare nut, Flared the line and it fit perfectly. I don't know what the end of a Concord or Eagle hose looks like that goes to the box. You may be able to do the same. If that won't work my next try would be a High pressure hose for a 75 Camaro with a V-8 They used Drivers pump and box and they should be flare fittings on both ends. Go to a chain store and check out the mid 70's Chevy hoses they have in stock. I think the change over to O-ring was 77 or 78.
