Brake Line Kit

Does anyone know anything about the brake line kits listed recently on eBay?  
Take a look at item 4549438666.  (Here's the link:

These are straight lines with the ends already flared and fittings installed.  
You just have to bend them yourself.  I've never heard of this before.  
Anybody using these?  Does it work well?
