Harldnd Sharps are clearanced for use without machining the heads. Early heads can get buy without guide plates IF the pushrod slots are still slots and not hogged out. For bridged heads, Harland also has paired rockers for this application, no guide plates required, spring pressure (open) to ~350lbs.
