Glad things are going so good! I'd call the driveshaft shop and ask them where they want you to measure. Most want from the edge of the trans seal to the flat of the yoke on the axle where the cap faces that hold the u-joint in meet (which is the center of the cap). As long as they understand where you're measuring from they can figure out how much yoke you need in/out of the trans.
