Bear in mind, Rob, that the 56-66 big Ramblers use a torque tube. If you swap out the BW trans you'll also have to swap the rear axle ann suspension. That easily costs as much as rebuilding the BW trans. If you just drive the thing a rebuilt BW trans will last another 80K miles or so. How hard and often do you drive it? 

If you do swap out the axle get with me on how to do the suspension.
