Out of convenience (Sears was within walking distance of my home at the time.) I bought the Craftsman flaring tool set. It does a good job. The only tip I can offer is to make sure the tubing is securely clamped and is at the proper height above the clamp surface. If the tubing slips through the clamp at all the quality of the flare will suffer. --------- Original Message > ---------------------------------- > From: Bob Johnston <shadowmask70@xxxxxxxxx> > Reply-To: mail-From-mprice-westco.net@xxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Wed, 4 May 2005 09:14:19 -0700 (PDT) > > >I'm having trouble getting a seal on my double > flared > >3/16" brake lines.
