I once had a chance to buy an '88 GTA convertible for
$500 with 46k actual miles; I was short of cash when I
found it.  I think about that often.  If I had the
chance again I'd buy it.  Any car of low population
should be saved if possible and for $50 you've got one
heck of a bargain.  Good luck.
