Mark, Like I said before, if you don't have a heat gun, there is a rubber type pad available for removing vinyl decals from body work. Check with your local paint shop. You should be able to get one at any parts store who sells paints and body work materials. As for the wipers, there should be a little tab under the peg you have to release while prying up evenly on the base of the wiper.
