I been using Fed Ex for years when called out by FEMA to work disasters and
send in my weekly reports. As a contract employee I have to pay my own
postage. Some hints on how to make Fed Ex you shipping source of choice is
to get your own account. All you need to do is go to the FEDEX.Com site and
apply for and account, use a credit card and they will give you your own
account number(no cost for the account only for shipping), don't have to
send allot to get one. Once you get it you can use any FedEx drop box for
small items, and get pickup service for larger items. You place your
account number on the label and just drop it off, no weighting in line.
Best of all once you get an account, you can go on line and track each item
you mail right to the door where you sent it. I use FedEx now for allot of
things I use to use the US Mail for.
