window rubber for eagles

My boss gave me a set of NOS vent shades that he had for the eagle yesterday and I popped one in just to see how it looked and discovered that the rubber around the windows is getting brittle and some peices have broken off. Where is a good place to get replacement seals? Thanks in advance.
