Low range is what - 2:1? That would make the 2.73s more like 5.46s.

My 'new' 85 Eagle wagon has the T5 5speed. 5th is a .76 overdrive making my
2.73s like 2.07:1. I wonder why the factory didn't move up to 3.08 diffs. That
would still be 2.34 in overdrive. I have an 80 sedan with 3.08s and I'm thinking
about a swap.
