Motocraft Carburetor 4350

Ralph, take a look at the E-mail I sent you with the attached Acrobat file on Motocraft Carburetor 4350, this is the Service Instruction Worksheet from the kit I just got from AutoZone for a 4 Barrel off a 360 Jeep engine I am using in a 74 Javelin. It list 75 to 78 applications on AMC and Jeep 360/401's. It cost $25.99, it was a GP Sorensen kit P2P #96-339C. The sales receipt shows it as a #003479 96-339C GP Sorensen.

Hope this helps, Joe W. not to be confused with Joe

Subject: I need Carburetor Help for rebuild???

I am trying to identify the carb on the 401 in my
'79 Spirit. The carb appears to be a Motorcraft
4300 4-barrel, but all that is stamped or attached
to the carb itself is the Motorcraft stamp. On the
electric choke, it has the following information:
4FBS 3M218 RB 2KT1-4V

I need to identify the carb so I can get a rebuild
kit for it. It sits on an Offenhauser Intake that
is marked 360. So, I know the person that
installed this 401 may have been adding parts from
other cars. It also appears that the cover plate
and linkage for the carb for the "3rd & 4th"
barrel are missing, so I need to get those also.
Does anyone have an idea of what the carb might
be?

Thank you,
Ralph
