Brien -- I understand the problem with using a Tiki based website. There is a bit of a learning curve. Please read the posting help page first! You know, if all else fails read instructions. I suggest you print the page and use it as a reference. The good thing about Tiki technology is it offers a way to submit articles that will automatically be entered in a searchable data base. The articles can be submitted on-line and available immediately. The alternative is to have you submit articles to myself or Matt and we will have to post them when we get time. That also takes a lot more web page design work. John -- what suggestions do you have for the page design? What in particular is difficult or ungainly? I don't mind criticism at all, but would like suggested improvement to go along with the criticisms. Maybe it's just the 22 years of military in me -- the commander always says "don't come to me with problems unless you have a suggestion to fix it". Okay, I know most don't know enough about Tiki to suggest a fix, but at least point me in the direction you think it should go! You're absolutely right -- we need the help of ALL AMC people to make the site a real success. Don't give up if you have a few problems posting on the AMCyclopedia site! Read the instructions, and if you still have problems drop me an e-mail. I'll try to fix up what you managed to get posted, help you get the info posted, or post it for you if needed. Once you learn a few things posting will come easier. I had to pretty much figure it out the hard way -- that's why I wrote the instruction page. If you think I left something out of that page let me know! On February 17, 2005 mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > > by : John M. by God ! > > Once again, the BEST AMC info isn't at an AMC URL.
