Re: Needs some more brains on thins one....

Try new bulbs in the tail lights. I had a similar problem in my 68 American and it was just a shorted bulb (actually, I had that problem several times and it was with the long life bulbs AutoZone carries -- I haven't had this problem with the regular bulbs). Also make sure that you check the ground at each tail light housing to make sure it's good since bad grounds can cause all sorts of odd things to happen.

Ok gang....I got a ³bug hunt² goin¹ on that I can¹t figure out...

On my ?63....I noticed that when I turn on my blinkers....both right and
left work great on the front. However, on the back....when I turn the
signal left OR right....only the right light goes on and it¹s VERY dim.
This is a new problem.....

I¹ve checked my connections to the light and the harness that goes from the
left light over to the right and I recently replaced the fuse panel so I
know it¹s not shorting there. The colors are correctly connected per the
wiring diagram and there¹s no bare wire that I can find. Any ideas on where
else to look?
