I don't know what the issue is. I started out getting a few per day then yesterday I got 12 and then today I got 15 paypal and 2 ebay. I don't have a paypal account and my ebay account is in no way associated with the email address I have been getting these emails at. The address where I have been receiving these is hardly ever used for sending email and mostly just receives email. I have forwarded all of these emails to paypal and ebay plus did a whois search on the ip # and forwarded them to the client the ip is registered to.
