Re: Alternator Light On

One of the diodes has gone bad in the Motorola alternator. I had this same problem with a remanufactured unit I had on my 72 Javelin. Went through three alternators before I got one that worked as it should. That last one has been on the car for about 8 years now, and it still works fine.

You need to replace the alternator to fix the problem.
