Yes, it will bolt right up. You may experience problems though. If the brakes are soft or pedal travels to far to the floor, or just the opposite -- brakes are hard and lock up/stop with little movement, you'll have to adjust the length of the rod between the booster and master cylinder. Many places that sell boosters won't sell one without the master cylinder because of this.
