It does seem umm a bit weird... "professionally washed...primed" but I see
nothing but photos of rot? At least they're not hiding it :-)

Now a rolling 62 american chassis with straight metal as described
("stripped and primed") would be worth $1500 I think, since it's a
lot of work. But the rot here while not the most serious sure

isn't ready to paint!
