The model number on the door plate will verify year. Should be on the latch edge of the driver's door, assuming it's the original door. First two digits of the model number is the last two digits of the year. Your model number should be 790x-7 (might be -5) I forget the code for hatchback (the x), might be 9. The AMX was top of the line Concord, that's why the -5 or -7. I'm reasonably sure it should be -7, but going from memory here!
