Justin, the upper trunnion should be the same part for 1958-69 big cars (all but American, Javelin, AMX). There are two parts -- one for the six and one for the V-8. I'm not positive, but I think the parts interchange. Before 1963 both 6 and 8 used needle bearings. It's not a hard to find or expensive part. 1950-57 Ramblers likely used the same part, but I'm not sure. It looks the same. -- Frank Swygert Publisher, "American Independent Magazine" (AIM) For all AMC enthusiasts http//:farna.home.att.net/AIM.html (free download available!) -------------- Original message ---------------------- > Date: Mon, 29 Nov 2004 21:51:33 -0600 > Subject: Re: '62 Parts # question > From: Alfred T Koos <akoos@xxxxxxxx> > > On Mon, 29 Nov 2004 11:54:53 -0800 (PST) Justin Shelton > <justinshelton@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> writes: > > Howdy Guys: > > Can someone with access to 1962 Rambler Classic parts > > numbers look up the trunnion part #?
