need some help on some 80's vintage "speed" parts

hey guys,
i'm buying a '70 390 off a friend, who bought it from a machine shop
back in the '80's. all the work was done to it, but it has never been
re-assembled and run. i'm sure it's a little/lot too "racy" for my
purposes, but would make changes where i need to. the part numbers
provided helped on most, but still have a few to figure out. any and all
help would be greatly appreciated.

400SS - arias pistons (with rings)
7436 - roller cam (thinks it's a crane, but in cam dynamics box-no cam card)
86750 - crane aluminum 1.6 roller rockers (maybe a pre-golds?)

it also comes with crane - 86518 solid roller lifters, 99886 triple
valve springs and 99631 titanium (yikes!) retainers/locks.
