Subject: The new Hummer H3s are starting to come off the assembly line.

The H3 is being born very slowly and carefully by General Motors.
Quality is of concern to an unusual extent. The line speed is starting out
much slower than with the recent introduction of the new mid sized GM
pickups, the Chevy Colorado and the GMC Canyon. I think it will remain
slower for quality's sake.
I am usually the pessimist at these times, but I have been working here
at the plant where and when both of these new vehicles were introduced and I
can see the difference. I may be wrong, but I predict that the attention to
detail with the new smaller Hummer will stay as with the Corvette and
Cadillac lines.
I very well know that this vehicle is no longer built by AMC, so there is
no need to flame, but if anyone may be thinking about a new purchase from
this market for the family ranch or to tow their AMC race car, this is my
inside information.
                       Your AMC friend,
                        Gary Walker,
                         30 yr. GM employee and
Owner of some old AMC stuff

Gary, will these new H3's be cheaper?and obviously they will sell well as the H2's are selling like hotcakes even tho gas has skyrocketed in price
