I JUST picked up a starter for my 65 American. Napa had it for me in 2 day turnaround.But I dont think it was that one. Mine cost $124. Ill get the part number for you if you want. (I have a 232 6cyl)

I'm looking for some parts for my 65 Ambo. While I can get it started,
eventually, it does not like to start. The starter makes that slooowwww
sound like when the battery is near dead, even when I have my jump-starter
connected to it. I'm thinking of replacing the starter, solenoid switch,
and the alternator as soon as I can get the parts. That way I've got it all
replaced at once and don't have to worry about any of it being bad. Any
recommendations for sources of these parts besides one of the big parts
stores? Am I missing anything else?
