I agree with Tom completely about getting a TSM if you are going to drive your American. My daily driver is a 65 American 440 (getting fresh body work as we speak and a new metallic Teal paint). I have been around these cars all my life and although they are nothing mysterious my TSM has proven itself as being invaluable. It is full of specifics that garages don't have anymore and if you take the car in to have it worked on, you are one step ahead of many shops. It goes into detail where the large Motors manual will only cover in general.
