interchangeablility

Can anyone tell me if the Ford 10.5" clutch disc and pressure plate 
will interchange with the AMC 10.5" clutch disc and pressure plate?
I have a T5 so I know the 1-1/16" 10 spline clutch disc will work, but
will the Ford pressure plate also bolt up to the AMC flywheel?
