SC/Rambler wheel opening "roll"

Does anyone have any info or literature on the procedure to "roll" the wheel
well openings on a SC/Rambler? I tried to contact Tom B, even used his
recent email addy that he posted to the list with, but no luck. Thanks in
advance.
