I've been going to Leon's since the '80s when I was trolling for '57 Chevy parts, he has a wide selection of old cars dating back to the '40s and up thru the 80's, some '90s stuff, but not much. He's got hundreds of AMCs, from Pacers to Rebels to Hornets to Gremlins. Many have been picked over or are badly rusted, or are hard to access, others barely touched. He's got some rare ones, like a Rebel Machine ( very bad condition, I was told, never found it ), the Briarcliff wagon, an '80 or '81 Spirit Sedan ( Gremlin clone ), and others, including a few mid-'60's convertibles, mostly trashed and rusted out. He's well worth a visit. I haven't been in a few years, as I haven't needed any parts desperately enough to go. He's located on Rt. 29 about 7 miles south of Culpeper town. Only open 1/2 days on Saturday, not on Sunday ( from my recollection ). I believe I even helped take a few parts off that Briarcliff years ago, apparently the interior door handles are special to wagons, and the rear ones to a Briarcliff, or just to a wagon? Not sure, but I remember getting at least one interior door handle off that wagon for someone who needed it. I believe the phone number is ( 540 ) 547-2366 . YOu can also go to my website at WWW.geocities.com/caspercars, and it should be at the bottom of the web page, under a plug for Leon's junkyard. Just thought I'd chime in, as Leon has delighted in the AMC crowd coming to visit and of course, spend money. Just mention Jerry if you go up there. :D Later, Jerry __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Take Yahoo! Mail with you! Get it on your mobile phone. http://mobile.yahoo.com/maildemo
