That's exactly like the mods I did on my Hornet grill. The donar grills would not have to be really nice as you would only be using the pods from one grill and you could select the best parts from each grill. In my case I had a spare grill that was broken. My current car has a costom grill screen built with expanded metal that would only require a cutter to remove another hole for another set of lights, but I hav already intergrated a set of projection driving lights into the air dam.
