I haven't removed either of thew manifolds yet, but will try to tighten the
bolts first.  25 ft/lbs?  Is that the torque recommended?   I ordered the
new exhaust manifold as i heard that the 60s manifolds had a tendency to
crack and leak.

I'll let you know what I find.
