That was the mildest bitchin I ever "heard".  We need to hear and know these stories.  I am glad that Jegs came thru, but it is very important to a newby like me to hear everyone's experiences with various vendors.  I emailed and called a certain supposedly well know Rambler guy in LA, recommended by AMCRC, who responded once and then disappeared.
