by using a cheap Laptop , a ROMulator II,
and an upgrade for your TunerCat > you
can change the 'chip' information as you
drive > forget 'burning' a new chip outside
the ECM.
Nice thing is it works BEST on pre GM 1996
ECM units ~~!
Author claims it blows off ACCELs DFI unit hands-down.
