Machine Found... worth it?

So, I ran across a MACHINE. Orignally 390 4 spd.

No hood, no engine, no trans.  It has a clear title,
pedals for the 4 spd it came with and little "The
Machines" here and there in the interior and body. 
Very little rust almost no cancer.

SO, is this just another Rebel/Matador without the
stuff mentioned above?  Is it worth more money due to
what the title says?  It has all the original interior
and good glass.  

What's a decent price for a good, restoreable example?
