I would like to see torque comparisons I
reckon the 4L will loose out in that compare not a real issue once moving but
getting you there likely to be quicker in the V8
I wonder how much better it will handle
with the 4L must be a bit lighter over the front end anybody hazard a guess

a 4.0 has up to 195hp, depending on the application. How much power did the 360
V8 have from 1974-78? Two fewer cylinders, fuel injection, computerized engine
management...I'd say that a Matador 4.0 would be as fast as a 360 Matador, and
probably get somewhat better mileage than a (or even a '74 232-equipped) model
of the day.
By the way, it's good to be back after about 3 years of absence. Does anyone
