I have been using aftermarket oil and temp sending switches for 30 years and have yet to have one fail. The brand name escapes me at this time. I also use real gauges (Auto Meter) as a backup just in case. Like Fog Horn Leghorn said I always keep a spare set of feathers in my locker or I keep my feathers numbered for just these emergency's. :-) backup to the stock idiot lights will save your sanity or your motor. Now where did that pesky little up start rooster go??????
