I am going on vacation and don't want to flood the list with out of
office replies, anyone know if there is a way to suspend my subscription
without logging into yahoo (can't do it from here)?

nope.  it's either autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/strokers/ -or- send mail
to strokers-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to sigh up without all that yahoo
profile stuff.  you can't scan back postings though.
