I gotta agree with Andrew; looks like a custom to me.  I was trying to figure out the dash, there's not a clear shot of it, but seems like a Rebel dash sorta, but not something that was available in '64.

This would be a cool project, although you'd need to figure out a dual-drive set up so the main engine could drive the prop and the wheels.  

Talk about our old AMC's getting hard to find, I'm not a boater per se, but I bet it's difficult finding an era correct in good condition fiberglass hull!
