A: It's pretty straightforward. I even have an '88 head (in need of a grind 
and minor shave) I was going to put on my 4.2L before I decided to go with a 
stroker. (I had the shop build me a '90 head that was mistakenly thought to 
be a HO one)

Anyone have any good information on adapting a 4.0 cylinder head to a 258?
