Not so crazy. There are kits available for such tricks. Do a search on 
Google. Using GM parts
makes it a bit easier. There is a range of injectors available. The GM-Delco 
ECMs self learn. TBI gives better low down torque than TPI. One problem will 
be linking the IAC valves on twin TBs - the ECM will only talk to one valve.
