Door Panels

I forgot to ask -

Does anyone have input to having door panels reproduced?  Not redone, but reproduced;  Mine are tired with the backing flaking and water damaged.  I'd like to have a set made to the original pattern but in black.  

Any input on having some made using the originals as templates? I could probably make the backing part, but not the covering with the original lines molded in...
