To the best of my recollection, the only part number stamping for the carb
on my 72 Javelin's 304 is what is stamped on the little metal tab that
attaches with a screw (2DA2). I can't find any hard stampings anywhere on
the carb body with an AMC-style part number (or Ford, for that matter...).

All the AMC V8s I've had so far have all had the Motorcraft 2V carb, so I've
seen a few :-)
