The body will probably be different too, with the distances between the oil pump, camshaft, and mounting spot being different. 
The GM Pertronix electronic conversion kits are supposed to fit. I've not done it myself so can't say positively.  :)

that's a delco iirc, and if so should share most of its parts with a
chevy straight 6.  one sure difference is the drive gear, and the
springs, weights, and vac can may well also differ [or not, and at
least be swappable], but everything else should be the same or usable.
