754 or 745 71 401Xs? Ken ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eddie Stakes" <eddiestakes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2015 8:45:45 PM Subject: [AMC-list] 71 amx red/red & 73 amx for sale montana Here is a "hot lead" for ya'll who might be interested in a 71 AMX. The car is in Montana, appears to be a rare red/red, 360/AT car. There were only 1309 1971 AMXs made with a 360 with a total of 2054 units (the rest of the 754 being 401s). Not...a whole lot of 71 AMXs were Matador Red. The most popular colors (ok, most used) were electric Blue, Mustard Yellow & carry over 70 color Golden Lime Metallic. I do not know what he is asking for the car, which by these few photos, obviously needs some work. He indicated he also has a 73 AMX, 304 automatic for sale. If you are going to worry about transport, you can call some of the several transport companies listed at bottom of my 'MY AMCS FOR SALE' file (google it) as some of those companies have hauled over 50 AMCs for me. A unusual car that not many exist in that year and color, you will have to call him for details, when we talked he was 'just getting back in from feeding the mules'. You will have to physically CALL the seller 406-274-7907 for details. Tell them I sent you.
