My local gearhead shop guy says the same thing, they are not available anymore. I have a Hurst shifter with the original linkage and I kept them to use as a pattern to make more. I never liked the originals any way so I build my own with heim joints and bigger better rods. It is not very hard if you have good tools and fab skills

I see a lot of 4 speed shifters that fit AMC BW T-10's on ebay selling for big bucks now days. And the ones with linkage are ridiculous in price. Might as well be a million dollars.
So what are people doing for linkage? Fabbing something? Modifying an existing linkage? What?
Linkage just disappear off the face of the earth? I knew the last one that I purchased new back in 85-86 that the parts guy said Hurst quit making them for AMC and that they where getting hard to get and find.
