Rock Auto, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, etc. 

It may be a special order item, but it's available. Boosters today are usually sold with the master cylinder as an assembly, as there is a critical adjustment that many DIY customers skipped, leading to unnecessary warranty claims.
